The FN 509 Compact Tactical delivers reliable performance in a lightweight ergonomic and durable handgun design. It comes chambered in 9mm with a 4.32 inch threaded barrel and 10+1 capacity. This 10 round magazine model is designed for compliance in restrictive state laws while delivering proven performance for military law enforcement and commercial use. It includes suppressor height night sights and the FN Low Profile Optics Mounting System that accepts more than ten commercially available red dot optics for perfect co witness capability.

Full size punch in a compact package with FN's patented Low Profile Optics Mounting System and unparalleled modularity of the 509 platform the FN 509 Compact Tactical is ready for duty concealed carry or range use. The pistol is striker fired with a cold hammer forged threaded barrel and the capability to accept higher capacity FN 509 magazines. The Low Profile Optics Mounting System accepts nearly all commercial miniature red dot optics and features blackout iron sights that co witness.

In addition to the threaded barrel the pistol also includes replaceable steel frame slide rails enhanced grip textures which enables faster follow up shots in all conditions a fully ambidextrous slide stop lever and magazine release and an improved flatter faced trigger for a more controlled trigger press and cleaner break. The Flat Dark Earth finish provides a durable tactical appearance perfect for law enforcement and civilian tactical applications. This model ships with two 10 round magazines making it compliant in restrictive states.
